What is the Independent Professional Glass Association Inc.?

The Independent Professional Glass Association Inc. (IPGA) is a group of auto glass replacement stores that have joined together under the banner name of GLASS-PRO to provide quality products, services and expertise in the installation of automobile glass for you and your clients.

GLASS-PRO has more than 100 members across Ontario and the Atlantic provinces with partner affiliations in Alberta and Quebec. Our group is recognized by major call centres and insurance companies.

Can GLASS-PRO shops provide the products,
service and technical knowledge expected in today's market?

Of course, all GLASS-PRO shops are part of purchasing agreements from some of the foremost distributors in the industry, 23 warehouses in Canada with 7 here in Ontario.  We have access to over 1500 windshields and 12000 tempered door and back glass parts to service your needs.  GLASS-PRO shops are independent from any national glass installation company and/or wholesaler, and have the ability to purchase from any glass supplier to fill our needs and your requirements.

All GLASS-PRO shops are open Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and most shops are open Saturday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.  Most shops offer 24 hour emergency service.  For those who just can't make it to one of our shops, members are equipped to provide mobile service, weather permitting, or if suitable shelter can be arranged.

Although most of our shops exceed our minimum standards, we do require that each of our GLASS-PRO locations have at least one master technician on staff.  This technician must have a minimum of 5 years training and hands-on experience in the Auto Glass Replacement industry.
